<li>A full 30 minute practice made to progress you over the next month toward your next practice</li>
<li>A new 30-45 minute practice each month (these will include practices for ALL levels)</li>
<li>A 5-10 minute breath practice each month</li>
<li>A NEW guided meditation every 3 months</li>
</ul>
<p>As an extra gift, during your enrollment, you will always have access to:</p>
<ul>
<li>A 45-minute restorative yoga practice for &#8220;bad&#8221; days</li>
<li>A video including sound therapy practice (singing bowls)</li>
<li>A guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)</li>

<p>Each month OR when you feel you are ready you can jump to the next level in your practice, pending your flares are getting better, not worse. It is recommended that you do the physical practice at least 3 times per week (unless you are having an extreme flare), in this case you would practice the restorative option. It is recommended to practice the sound therapy/meditation/breath work before bedtime to help you get a good nights&#8217; sleep.</p>

These classes are meant for individuals who are mobile enough to get up and down from the floor, and postures will be done in all positions (standing, kneeling, seated on the floor and lying down). Props will be used to help students adjust and feel more comfortable. You will need a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a yoga bolster and a yoga strap.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Research has shown that mindfulness, meditation and yoga practices have the ability to positively impact specific autoimmune biomarkers in certain autoimmune diseases. In this 25 hour online workshop (taken over 10 weeks to one year, synchronous &amp; asynchronous, online), Marcie Evans, MA, ACSM, IAYT CYT, TIYT, BCES will share how yoga, Ayurveda, and mindfulness can powerfully influence autoimmune biomarkers, body system processes, general well-being, emotional health, and healing related to autoimmune flare-ups. This workshop will review concepts of well-being and health through the lens of her own experience in the healing process and the yoga practices associated with potentially healing autoimmune symptoms. She will also include in the workshop how chronic stress and trauma influence our health, potentially contributing to chronic illness and dysfunction of all body systems as well as the influence of the vagus nerve and vagal toning on healing. A yoga background is not required for this workshop, just a strong desire to learn about the healing potential of yoga and Ayurveda.</p>
