Looking for a Pilates or yoga studio near Coralville? We keep class sizes small on purpose. You get an instructor who knows your name, your goals, and the things your body is working through.
Our signature. Spring-based resistance machines that build strength and control through guided, low-impact movement. If you’ve never been on a reformer, we’ll walk you through everything.
The original Pilates method: your body, a mat, and focused, controlled movement. Beginner-friendly and a natural starting point if you’re new to Pilates.
From gentle classes through evening relaxation sessions built around breath work and letting go of tension. If your week needs a reset, this side of the schedule is for you.
Early morning and evening class times make the trip workable around a Coralville commute; check the current schedule for days and times.
Serenity is a therapeutic studio first. Instructors teach to the bodies in the room, offer modifications without making a scene of it, and build classes that meet you where you are, whether that’s your first class ever or a return after years away.
