All of our sessions, packages, ON-DEMAND subscriptions, auto-pays, and gift certificates are NOT refundable or transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. We do not under any circumstance offer refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates, however we may honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities or ON-DEMAND.
